Kestrin Cycles
Brand identity, product UI

- Give a small e-bike maker a brand that looks like engineering, not lifestyle.
- Identity, frame graphics, top tube display interface
- 2026
- Pre-orders of 640 bikes in the six week launch window
Kestrin's riders commute short distances in heavy rain. The bike has one job: get there dry and charged. The brand stays as quiet as the motor: graphite frame, one small mark, no stripes.
The top tube display shows one arc for battery and one for speed. No menus while moving. Everything else lives in the app, where it belongs.

Process note
We rode the prototypes for two weeks on the Damansara to Bangsar route and wrote down every glance at the display. The arc gauge replaced numbers after riders said they read the shape, not the figure.
